Community groups and the volunteers that support them are an integral part of our local communities across Pontypridd and Taff Ely. They are the glue which hold our communities together and they truly make a difference to the everyday lives of others.

We are very lucky for all that they do in Pontypridd and Taff Ely to support people in our community.

I strongly believe that it is important to recognise, celebrate and thank those groups who go out of their way to make our communities better for others. That is why I am very proud to be launching my community group award.
